How to get started?
1. Download the app. You can sign up with an email address or use your phone number.
2. Fill in your personal details. This is optional, but helps us understand you better.
3. Choose an exercise type. This is optional, but helps us understand your exercise preferences. You can choose from the following categories:
- Abs and Core
- Arms and Legs
- Cardio and Booty
- Chains and Triceps
- Chest and Back
- HIIT (High-intensity training)
- Pilates
- Strength training
- Weight loss
- Yoga
You can also add a fitness challenge, which is a great way to motivate you to achieve your goals.
How can I use the app?
You can use the app to book a session with one of our trainers. You can also use the app to find out more information about the exercise, the trainer, and the challenge you are working on.
You can find the trainer in the following ways:
- By signing up for an account with your email address
- By entering your phone number
- By choosing an exercise type
- By adding a fitness challenge
How can I earn points?
You will earn FIT Points every month, depending on your membership level. The more points you earn, the more services you can use.
